Work

Careers

The work splits three ways: the line that builds the module, the desk that locks the drawing to a grid, and the crew that sets it. None of the roles below are open.

How hiring will work

Roles will be posted here with a location, a date, and a straight description of the station. Applications will not go through this static page until a real address is wired up. If you are early and serious, use the pilot form and say so in the message.

Placeholder — not an open role

Manufacturing engineer

Factory — location not yet published · Full time

Placeholder listing. This is not an open role. Owns the stations that turn a locked drawing into a module: frame, rough-in, close-in, and test. Writes the checks the line actually uses, and stops a box that misses the published tolerance before it reaches a truck.

Placeholder — not an open role

DfMA project lead

Design studio — location not yet published · Full time

Placeholder listing. This is not an open role. Coordinates architecture, structure, and MEP onto a module grid before procurement. Design for manufacture and assembly means the transport envelope, the stitch, and the crane pick are drawings, not surprises.

Placeholder — not an open role

Set lead

Field — project sites · Full time

Placeholder listing. This is not an open role. Runs the short, loud part of the job: receiving, crane sequence, structural stitch, and utility connection. The set lead keeps factory finishes from becoming site repairs, and says so if a module should not have shipped.
